The ArtPhoto Image Festival is Bucharest's only photography festival, encompassing exhibitions, lectures and auctions aimed at fast tracking the artists' careers.
Portfolio reviews, held at the Hotel Casa Bucur, encourage photographers to promote their work to curators, gallery owners and media specialists.
There are also lectures and film screenings at the French Cultural Institute and plenty of opportunities for informal networking and meetings with other artists.
